because the vast majority of laptops sold have an intel chip and not an amd chip. and the amd chips in laptops are confusing, so i think ppl just avoid them, see i5 or i7 and say cool buy

heard loud and terrible battery so still defeats the purpose of not being a full PC when it's gotta be plugged in so often

Even my steam deck basically stays plugged in. battery life is only a few hours.
