I’m off the next two days after today and then Black Friday I go in at 6am

I have so much PTO that I've taken off every Friday in the month of November and December, 1 more day this week, and both the day before and after Christmas

i still have like 5 or 5 days just gonna take like a pseudo 2 week vacation at the end of december

It helps that my boss usually forgets to make me take a day of I text him last minute saying I'm sick and not coming in tho

i get a stupid amount of ptos tho and u dont even have to like earn them

I’m glad it was made permanent that we stay closed on thanksgiving. It started during the pandemic and Target kept it permanent

I have to take Friday and Saturday off myself. Wake is on Friday and Funeral is on Saturday.

We "earn them" throughout the year but I think it's just so someone doesn't take them all early and then quit but also as long as you do the math and don't go over the entire 14 days we get for the year, they let you take them way before you accrue everything lol so it's just extra math we have to do for no reason to remember how many days we have left

So I get 14 PTO and we get 1 "floating holiday" which can be used for any holiday that we don't get off normally which is just like the big ones. I always use it for black Friday bc they say that counts
