well i can relate im 3 months into the new position here that we were forced into and my training was atrocious, i complained a bunch but nothing changed much - i basically had to train myself re-reading the articles they have onlineChris said:no, the training is just not good and has a bad first impression bc the departments that need more help are usually the ones we have completely gotten cleaned up yet lol
do you guys commit fraud or some shit lol

man Iowa is specialButters said:they also asked me if i had ever been arrested and i said i got an OWI when I was 19 and the interviewer said, "that's ok i think you have to be an alcoholic to work here"
yeah it's a lot better than when I started but we can't really help the training bc everything is still moving too fast and no one can really spend the time to do it, so a lot of new hires get shown how to do things by what's needed of their time first lol then they get the impression that's the job and if they hate it already that's bad bc it's not actually the job and even worse if they like it, they're not gonna be happy when it's taken and given to the next guy and they move onto harder stuff lolComrade Khan said:well i can relate im 3 months into the new position here that we were forced into and my training was atrocious, i complained a bunch but nothing changed much - i basically had to train myself re-reading the articles they have online
