For example there was an alleged poll that stated that 39% of Gen Z men think positively of Donald Trump. Okay, so how many answered the poll exactly, and how many of that percentage actually answered that question? Was it 39, 390, or 3900? It makes a huge difference.

some of them are biased and do not use random selection the way they should

Yeah a lot of polls are not generally helpful unless they are for single specific issues.
