yeah i think that was the biggest thing. not really an ethical thing on my end just laziness.

The Dreamcast also had a troubled development and had they gone with the original chip developers, they would have been more successful and had more access to third parties.

Yeah my parents taught me how to pirate stuff when I was like 8 so when I found out people actually paid money for every individual CD or movie they watched I was baffled

i used to burn dvds for a bit but i swear every one of them that i would go back and watch had terrible quality so that didn't last long

It's def used to be more work pirating than going to the store lel

To me that would simply mean not watching anything lol

would rent a movie for $1 at redbox and burn it and return it.

If anyone doesn't know that story about the Dreamcast, the original developers to the system engine accidentally leaked the fact they were working with SEGA, and SEGA got uber pissed about it and reneged on the deal and changed over to a different developer, which pissed off a ton of third party developers who preferred the original engine

I used to do GameFly where they would mail me the games.

We did have gamefly for a couple years, that was nice

I found out they are actually still in business.

I believe they do movies and games now.
