people watch Fox News and believe what they say, they dont look into facts as long as they have a source telling them "black people bad"

Growing up every MLK day grown adults would bitch they got a day off work because it was to honor a black man who "wasn't even that good of a person anyway" or "so what he had a little speech anyone can do that" don't really hear that anymore thankfully, it's just being mad pride month exists now

in some cases the owners did treat them extremely well and as part of the family, I don't really think anyone can deny that. Anyone arguing those cases were the norm or make it okay are probably the dumbest people you'll meet tho

they don't defend the murder that I ever heard at least but it's more like a "what did he expect" rationalization for pushing against the status quo without them having to commit to saying they were glad he got shot or not
