not directly this no, they actually removed the basic user charactee skills that influenced this. There's business skills that I haven't really looked at that correlate tho I'm sure

Essentially your user character isnt treated as separately as the game characters now, everyone has the skill ratings previously only you would is how it was presented

Which makes me really question how the AI was ran before for those things lol

And now with backstage incidents like you would see also happening the same way in AI companies I'm seeing fines and even the rare firing so this game world is so much more fluid

Japanese companies now sign foreign talent for just one tour so people are getting more reps with high quality talent that are indie guys in the states or elsewhere

That makes me think any character within the game world can become Owner, Road Agent, Booker etc. throughout a savegame

They can but for the most part only ones with the skill set should, I kinda hope that's not always the case bc I wanna see some cases where guys are in over their heads
