Is there something like a Sandbox mode... without skills? Because I can't imagine playing TEW with skills and stuff like that at all. Feels like it would make me frustrated with the game.

you can make a charavter at the start with max skills that essentially negates any of them and you can customize most all the features to turn any off to make your own sandbox

Idk about for this one but there used to be default settings and one was for a sandbox play but you can still customize from there

Well, that's how you should do it, tbh. It's the smart play. Something the big gaming companies could learn from.

The way booking skill works though, it doesn't actually affect the ratings of what you book, it affects how much creativity you generate, so as long as you meet the minimum for your shows, you can never use that creativity and ignore it even if you don't turn it off

You just have to meet the minimum which isn't hard if you have a team, and the excess is spent basically just to give boosts to angles or characters (random which since it's meant to be like a eureka moment)

And if your booking skill isn't terrible you don't need a team at All and you'll always meet the minimum with excess that doesn't have to ever be spent

Basically anyone that should be booking will generate the minimum unless you're running a shit ton of shows
