I almost always said yes at Hibbett when I got asked to come in extra bc that basically guaranteed some good OT pay but I remember the one time I said no bc I was already pissed drunk that day the manager got so mad lol I was like listen, I can't drive rn so idk what to tell you

saying you are drunk is the best excuse because they can't make you. one of my old bosses said that every time they asked him even if he wasn't drunk.
