like my hotel has one boss and we usually have just one person working the front desk, if i call in she will call other people and ask them to fill it(they never do) and if they all say no she has to go in and work it. so basically on call 24/7

Construction on mining camps are $40 an hour at minimum.......idk what the actual miners get, I only did construction so I can make surs they don't just dump shit in rivers.

what really sucks is when you're the one working and the next shift doesn't show up, they try to guilt you into working another shift like, "well you're already there and i'm not"
