yet im her favorite person there, she always asks for me for some reason(can never remember my name tho) so when I see her pull up I usually go to break or head to the back office so someone else can deal.

idk if it's a small town thing or just a crazy thing but we get a lot of repeat customers that come in a few times each month, like basically weekly.

we open at 10am and every morning there's a line waiting for us to open and im like, "what can we do for you?" and they reply, "just looking to my this months bill"

why the fuck do you come to the store to pay it and also come so early before we open just to wait.

you can pay online, you can mail the check in, you can pay on the mobile app, you can call it in to our customer service.

we have a drop box outside the building for off hour payments. just use any of those options instead

Are any of these people young people? Old people aren’t smart when it comes to technology sometimes and probably don’t know how to set up any online pay stuff

The ones waiting at like 9:30 are almost always senior citizens
