Rumored Reason On Why Randy Orton Didn’t Sign With AEW
It was reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that Randy Orton was in talks with All Elite Wrestling.
However, the two sides couldn’t agree on money, and Orton was reportedly offered less than current AEW World Champion Chris Jericho is making with All Elite.
It’s being said that The Viper believed he was worth as much as Jericho, if not more, so he decided to stay with WWE
Low ball Orton but you overpay them little shits The Young bucks? Fuck this company
Win/loss records are being reset every year......so they really don't matter.
So could Mox lose his potential #1 contender spot when the records are resetting? I still don't quite get it. They haven't announced him getting a title shot, have they? Cos I know he was #1 in the rankings.
Oooh, that's good. I could see them doing that cos Mox had that "authority is against me" thing going for awhile. Plus Jericho seems to be trying to dodge him what with the offer to join the Inner Circle and that.If he keeps winning, they probably will. He’s already number 1 so if he keeps going he’ll surely keep it.
Maybe could even have him make a point after losing a match and slipping to second to someone who just started winning this year and mention how it’s AEW once again trying to screw with him. Then he can beat the other guy, and become number 1 contender.
Next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite is set to air live on New Year’s Day, and it will be a special Homecoming edition of AEW’s flagship show.
The company recently announced that Taz will be making a special appearance on Dynamite next week, and it was also recently reported that AEW is considering adding a commissioner role to Dynamite with Taz being one of the names to watch.
Dave Meltzer of F4Wonline.com is now reporting that AEW has no plans to add an authority figure on television.
Taz will reportedly be working as an announcer on Wednesday, as Tony Schiavone will be calling the Sugar Bowl game for radio on that day.
