In other news... (maybe, I'm not sure if this was something that was known to happen) ... I learned yesterday that from January 29th onwards AEW Dynamite and Rampage will be shown on Free TV (which is basically Cable TV here) in Germany (and probably Austria & Switzerland as well with that). They move from being behind a Pay-TV-Wall to DMAX, a channel operated by a Warner Bros. Discovery subsidiary.
AEW has a new programming TV deal for DMAX in Germany. Alex Kane is the guest on this week's MLW Insider with Alicia Atout.

Long story short: More (broader) exposure in German-speaking countries for AEW, even with the timeslots not being great (Dynamite every Sunday evening 11:15pm; Rampage on Monday nights at 12:15am) and DMAX being a niche network. (For reference, RAW and Smackdown run on a bigger channel on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10pm).
STILL... this is great news and maybe, just maybe, they get numbers which are satisfying enough for them to consider continuing advances on the European mainland. Fuckin' Castagnoli alone would kill on a central European tour, I can imagine.
