Then, he goes into his bag and hands out these Starbucks gift cards, because someone had told him we all loved coffee, and proceeded to give them to all of us. He then said ‘There’s $500 on each of those. I know it’s not much, but, I just wanted to show how much I appreciate you all for welcoming me here.’

That really spoke me a lot about his character and as I got to know him more and more, I realized that’s just the way he is, man. That’s the guy I still know today.” - Dax Harwood (via FTR with Dax Harwood)”

Some rare positive words about Punk’s good influence and happiness to be in the AEW locker room. I don’t think he’s lying either because there are too many people in this story who could call him out.

That’s honestly good to hear at the very least in the beginning the man was grateful to be there and $500 Starbucks gift cards was pretty generous of him.

I posted this in its own thread already smh or at least part of it lol he also says that he was not aware of any lingering animosity between Punk and Cabana from either side even tho he knew there was history, said neither seemed to care at all tho
