Skys last game was pretty fun but had some balance issues. Town had 4 or 5 protective roles but scum had no Strongman. In fact both the Roleblocker and the Strongman were also town roles. The Godfather turned into a Nexus after a certain town character died which sorta nullified his Investigation Immunity. Her games are quite good but there's room for weirdness and pointless roles.

Why wouldn't use role?
The way you provided details it seems like Individual role then town role

So you would use a kill shot with a high likelihood of hitting a town player? I know that's what a vig does (and the less said about my usage of the vig role, the better).

Thinking about it I'm not sure that's a scum role, if it was fake why invent the part about him being unable to control where his shots are headed? Claiming to have a Cop shot at your disposal is a pretty surefire way to survive at least today.

I don't particularly like the wagon starting because of a Lethal entrance and/or the MQ...
but that claim feels like "hey don't lynch me because my role is weird and complicated."
