G1 Climax 31 will begin at the Edion Arena in Osaka on Saturday, September 18. It will conclude with the finals taking place at Budokan Hall in Tokyo on Thursday, October 21.

I really hope next Year we are in a better situation with Covid to bring in some talent because seeing the same guys and expecting different results is getting tiring to me. Okada most likely wins his Block and he'll get his win back towards the end if they are smart vs Cobb. The A Block should be fun to watch because Shingo is not winning his own Block but don't be shocked he's in the Final vs the winner which could be either Naito or Ibushi.

Yeah that recent win over Okada was getting me thinking about that as well. I don't see him beating Shingo though but it should lead to Ospreay vs Shingo again down the road.

I do think that this G1 is very open though - and there is isn't necessarily a guaranteed winner. I could see the G1 winner - very much not winning their WK match.
