yeah sunday i'm making lasagna for my sister with ground turkey and chicken instead of sausage and beef, and the spinach in it with no fat cottage mixed with ricotta should be decent for sure. I am just glad i've finally learned to incorporate a lot more greens into my food to give it the flavor i want.This thread will be around as long as Jonathan and Xanth recommend shit.
Kinda miss meat currently though. I've been looking for new recipes for lean meat and shit. I experiment with them now and then adding spices, etc.
