True wrestling game aficionados will be creaming their jeans right now... as tomorrow... for 800 MS pts AKA $10 ....

Now it's the same gameplay, but before you cream your jeans too much - know that the characters are all avatars with HD graphics. You can actually import your X-Box avatar and straight wrestle as that OR you can completely customize using the usual Fire Pro customization. Anyway, it looks to inject the ultra-serious Fire Pro with a bit of fun with the avatars and some over-the-top moves. That may be a turn-off for some folks.

I'm unsure about it myself, but I love Fire Pro and I love wrestling games... and it's $10 so I'll check it out regardless.

Checked out the Demo, and all I have to say is any self respecting Fire Pro fan will avoid this like the plague.

I have always enjoyed FPW, as it was one of those games that the gameplay was the focal point, and graphics were an afterthought. This is not the case with "Avatar Wrestling", as it plays more like Legends of Wrestling than FPW, you are extremely limited on the moves you can allocate, and the number of moves available is laughable comparred to any other FPW CAW.

Yeah, not going to lie, I'm not even getting a half chub from this shit. It honestly seems like pure garbage and I'll probably just play the original...
