I'm reading the same debate I read on most other Divas threads at this point: the people who hate Divas (or want Trish/Lita/StacyK back) vs. people who are fans of women's wrestling and want their regular fix. By the way, I'm generally in the latter group, just for clarity's sake.

I' fine with women's wrestling. But not with WWE divas "wrestling". If I want women's wrestling I'll watch Shimmer or Shine, where the women are allowed to work for real instead of what we get here in the E.

The segment was god awful, and the botched finish made it completely awful.

The crowd will obviously love it, a European crowd obviously supports a native wrestler (Paige is British, mostly British crowd). The segment made Paige look like an absolute wuss, and although I hate Paige, this does not even resemble her NXT character all.

And lol I've just rewatched it. The pinfall got a huge pop, even louder than Reigns spear on Hunter. Don't know about Bryan's entrance.

Paige didnt botch her finisher. AJ botched her finisher she couldnt even get her legs on the mat to do the move properly. Paige outsmarted AJ and did the Paige turner and pinned AJ for the win and is the new WWE divas champion

Doesn't matter both made it look like shit. It's a weak finisher in general as well anyways.

She was in an European (British, hometown) crowd for her debut. That's not called getting over.
