In the last few years I've noticed a trend that trailers are
revealing TOO much information & are kind of spoiling
entire plot lines & scenes in films.
The most recent examples of this being...
&
Now I understand how a trailer can excite & hype up
your potential audience...but I honestly think the studios
need to dial back just how much is revealed & shown
in their trailers.
What do you think?
Are film trailers revealing too much?
Are film trailers being released too early?
Are film trailers flat out spoiling the very films they promote?
