I would agree with you in principle if they hadn't just put Cody Brock, a non title match, as a headliner in Puerto Rico instead of the biggest pop artist in the world atm. they seem to be pretty intent on certain folks (roman, brock) always main eventing. prob best to hope for a roman bloodline multiman so Rhea can actually headline (which she deserves and its what i would do, i just dont really trust wwe with headliners or good womens booking :p)
While I agree they should have put Bad Bunny in the main event, I assume they didn't because isn't a trained wrestler. They had faith in him to not fuck it up but they didn't want to chance the main event being a shit show if he ended up shitting the bed. Considering you can clearly tell he was gassed AF during the overbooked (in a good way) ga-ga with Judgement Day/LWO I'd say there's some merit to that thought.

Rhea would be wrestling against a serious contender in a hypothetical main event (Bianca?) So that baing the Main Event would be more reasonable.

She was drafted to Smackdown but she's taking some time off so they've returned people to the opposite brands before when that happens, plans change I guess

My perspective is that the match type is relevant. Bunny-Priest definitely could have main evented with how good it was and how popular Bunny is. But the type of match they had is not your typical WWE show closer. Typically a fun fan service brawl with fun cameos never main events a PPV.

Becky Lynch says there are talks about a PLE In Ireland: We were just talking about that. Yes, I gave the venue and all, they already asked, we can have one. I don’t know that we have the population to sustain it, but I think when you have the UK and Europe so close, absolutely.
Make it happen :mark:

I know they were supposed to have a NXT takeover over there at the 3Arena but it got cancelled because of the pandemic so HHH could try there again.

Not too clued up on Ireland myself but the 3Arena was where they did the UFC Dublin card for McGregor back when and that reportedly holds 13k according to Wiki.

Croke Park is the national stadium but I don't expect them to run an outside stadium show over here much like they went with the Principality for CATC and not Wembley.

To the last point I think that was bc Cardiff paid them a shit ton of money to go there instead tho. 13k sounds pretty big for Ireland so that seems like a good bet they go with it, I would be skeptical that a ton of people outside of the country travel

Sounds about right but I still don't think they would run without a roof over here anyway.

Also just saw on Wiki there's gonna be a house show on June 29th at the 3Arena so might be worth keeping an eye on the attendance for that.

I just listened - Becky says the venue she pitched was Dublins' RDS Arena. The record attendance was 43,000 for a concert

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter brought up the point that WWE is “more serious’ about hosting big events outside the United States, especially if the money is right.

Dave noted that the idea of doing a major show in Perth, Western Australia, with the local tourism group co-promoting it has gotten more serious as WWE officials went to Perth to discuss such a show and it would be a PPV event
Someone in the Reddit replies commented "Dave got the scoop - it was all over the news here in Aus that they had agreed to it a few weeks back"

And Boozer mentioned 3 days that there's an International PLE on the 2nd September. I guess it could be this show or just as likely to be the 2nd Saudi show.
