If we have two-plus weeks before the season starts, we could do the draft manually on the board, the way we've done the fantasy wrestling drafts. I know it's a ton of work, but I've done things like it for fantasy football on other forums. You can usually slam through a couple rounds a day, and everyone would get to make their picks.
