Well true...but I couldn't see them giving Dean the flick...the
guy has charm, charisma and he's an absolute workhorse with
the amount of matches he wrestles. (TV & House Shows)

To me he is bland but he puts in the work, doesn't complain, and does what they want. I guess if he starts to slack or want to do his own thing, that is when they will show him the door. It would be a shame to lose Dean or Renee but I would not put it past WWE. They keep some of the most boring wrestlers who don't improve and sack the ones with real potential.

A fair call...but so is nearly every other performer on the main roster...
Male or Female. Everyone is too normal...

This is wrestling WWE...you are making a TV show...so have some
interesting characters who do weird & wonderful stuff...and I don't

I think the main problem is the heavily scripted promos and
the WWE not allowing their performers to play the characters
freely.

I mean everyone goes on about Alexa Bliss and how
good she is...and I honestly think its only because she
can make her scripted dialogue sound natural.

Some people just don't have that ability.

I mean I love Charlotte...but she never looks comfortable
when cutting a promo...yet in footage outside of that she
has a natural, vibrant personality.

Creative freedom, at least at 15% would help a lot. I mean I know it must be hard remembering scripts with emotion on the fly. It is like a play really. You can't stop and start when there is a mistake like the movies or with TV shows. Even the best actors mess up ALL the time. So yeah I have to agree with this completely. I like Char but she is almost robotic at times, like Randy Orton.

Exactly. Bray is scum in my book and has NO room to talk.

What Lio did was compliment Asuka but to everyone still wearing diapers, it was him ripping on Emma. And right on...
"BRING BACK THE ATTITUDE ERA! *GASP* Lio unintentionally dissed someone who is no longer with the company? WHAT A JERK!"
If you are going to take a moral high-ground here, at least make some sense. If this kind of thing offends you, you shouldn't even watch WWE or work for them considering the crap Vince himself has written women into in the past. And if we want to really talk about men in WWE being rude or jerks to women, well... Let us just look at Bray for an example.
