the problem is he's never denied cheating on her publically, which I think would have thrown water on everything. not that he owes that to anyone, but if you are going to address it, best to make a strong statement as opposed to being vague and inviting more speculation. it can sometimes comes off that he wants the attention (i dont know this as fact, just my own observation)
I would have the Eddie stuff, personally. He was the only giving the accurate account of what happened.
I think it’s chalked up surely too being young and kinda dumb. Like even as a fan of his, I can admit sometimes he’s not the smartest. When you aren’t ready to talk about something or confirm it, it’s best to ignore it until you are.

Sometimes too, when you get falsely accused something you can sometimes act on it since you can have the mindset of "if I am being accused of it might as well make i true."
