Too funny. This reminds me of a case on Judge Mathis I saw few weeks back. A wrestler was suing the promoter/wrestler for $1,000 because he cheated to win the match. He showed footage of the match, the promoter came down to the ring with the cheque in hand, wrestler sees him tells him to leave next thing you know he gets rolled up and loses. The both of them SERIOUSLY tried to defend this case, in the end Judge Mathis ended up throwing out the case.

As soon as I read "I know where you live" I stopped reading.
