I'm not surprised, it's like every 3rd person on the street i see has a pair of his headphones.

Like an iPhone I guess, just to say you have one.

I'm just fine and dandy with some cheap ass Skull Candy's, there is no difference from those and Dre-phones.

Beats by dre are cool, I would say there is a difference but tbh if you're just wanting something simple skull candys are fine, beats help in what I work in and shit. They do cost too much tho.

I have decided that I am going to get into hip-hop and become a mogul. Can't believe the amount of money that the top ten pulled in. Granted Dr Dre's big earning was the headphones rather than royalties from producing but still that is an insane amount of money.

Fuck you Dre, drop Detox if you got the guts already. You aren't even going to write your own lyrics for it anyways, just keep your cash coming in.

Dre won't drop Detox because he's afraid of it being anything less than an undisputed classic. He's never been about the lyrics. It's all about the production. The Chronic isn't considered to be a classic because of the lyrics, it's considered to be a classic because it's one of the best produced hip-hop albums of all time. Dre is a producer first, everything else is secondary. There are so many rappers who have acknowledged that Dre isn't really a rapper, he's just one of the best producers ever. That's why I'm convinced Kendrick Lamar is going to be a force to be reckoned with. He's already spitting fire on everything he touches, so we know the lyrics are there and now with Dre producing, he's going to be unstoppable.

As for Dre being the richest man in hip-hop, I'm surprised but not surprised he's making it off of the beats headphones. Everyone and their mother owns a pair. Honestly, give me a pair of Sennheiser headphones any day over a pair of Beats: they're cheaper and they sound just as good, if not better.

Kendrick Lamar hasn't made any song that I could pick out and say this guy is the next big thing.
