The Hart Foundation vs The Rougeau Brothers
Non title as this was made before they stole the title earlier today, which is one of my favourite tropes. Some very funny stooging and stalling to start with HF doing whatever they can to avoid the fight, so the brothers take it to them in awesome form. Great mat work between them and Bret as you'd expect, and Anvil mixes it up with cool power stuff when he gets into the fight. RAYMOND HITS AN INSANE POWERSLAM WHERE HE NEARLY DROPS ANVIL ONTO HIS HEAD, BUT ANVIL IS ABLE TO TURN AT THE LAST SECOND TO SAVE HIS LIFE. HF calm it down and go after Jaques and isolate him in a fun control seg. Once again, a great mashup of what they both do so well, and Raymind rocks at getting his ass beaten and fighting from underneath. They break out a massive slingshot splash from Anvil to further hurt him, and it's crazy seeing a dude as big as Jim do it. Raymond gets out and tags in Jaques for a killer hot tag pinballing them all over the place. It breaks down as these things tend to as everyone fights in the ring, AND THEY GET RID OF ANVIL AND BEAT BRET WITH LE CANNON BALL TO PIN THE CHAMPS. HELL YEAH.

Ricky Steamboat vs Sika
Randy hired Sika to take Ricky out of his life for good. The wildman jumps him and we get a classic Samoan murder party for the first time in a long time. Ricky get demolished and sells his ass off and looks near death the entire time. He ramps up the bumps and gets his ass handed to him, and Sika hits him even harder as a result, He kills his throat with a Tongan Death Grip and rips at it, AND RICKY GASPS FOR AIR AND TURNS PURPLE. Steamer finally fight back and unloads hell onto this motherfucker and beats him with a super tight rollup when he moves out of the way of a charge into the corner.

Randy Savage (c) w/Miss Elizabeth vs Bruno Sammartino (WWF Intercontinental Championship-Lumberjack Match)
Jacks are the normal suspects with Ricky and Bundy being the most notable. Randy does his thing and makes Bruno look amazing right off the bat by getting his ass handed to him, and turning the stooging up to another level. Savage rakes Bruno's eyes with an object from his tights to blind him, and he kicks his butt. Not a great control seg as this is only 4 minutes and he't got months of working with Ricky, so fuck killing yourself for Bruno. The heel jacks beat up Bruno, until he fights back and makes a lame comeback. Randy again dies for it to make it work. Bundy gets in and attacks Bruno, and then Ricky attacks Randy!! Everyone fights and the ref finally calls it.

WE ARE FINALLY HERE AND MY GOD IT'S PERFECT. A million gross and wild clobbering and sledges to these poor bastards, and i fucking love it so much. DT have a cut in saying they have confidence with V and his choices, but they will have to team up and see. Smash fits in perfectly as a monster kicking faces in with super stiff shots, and Ax fucking roooooooooocks. Ax wins with a nasty Lariat.

Another wicked fat man murder. Sucks he's dead in a year because AA is one of the coolest dudes in this project. Sleeper ends it.

Match#6 The Can-Am-Connection vs Iron Mike Sharpe & Steve Lombardi
Bobby says Hogan will surrender the title and retire because he knows he's about to get his butt kicked by Andre. Fantastic 4 minutes from our pretty boys and their cool offence and whatnot. Martel is again the standout star of this jam, but Zenk is ok once more. Dude just isn't Rick Martel, and that's ok. Slingshot Splash does it.

Hercules vs Billy Jack Haynes
Given this is now a feud that's going to be at WrestleMania 3, i can't really ignore a house show match between them. Good little power fight between them as they're throwing nice looking punches and kicks, and actually bumping around with effort and care. Still has some ugly moments here and there, but pretty fun nonetheless. Herc takes over with a lariat and unloads a beating onto this jackass and drops him a few times with force, and BJH takes some good bumps to his credit. BJH makes a good comeback for a minute of so, before they fight on the outside and go to a double countout.

The Rougeau Brothers vs The Islanders
Face vs Face in our growing tag division is such a cool thing to see after years of waiting for things to turn around. Haku throws an elbow right away to Jaques's head, so it turns into the brothers having to ground them as they get more and more violent with strikes. Really fun battle as both teams try to move ahead and neither can really keep control for long, so it's a long back and forth instead. Haku takes a nasty bump to the floor off a dropkick and he's rattled, so Tama ramps up the violence again and it turns into a great fight between all 4 of them. TAMA USES IT AS A DISTRACTION AND ROLLS JAQUES UP TO STEAL IT.

Post match, they all fight again, and the brothers hold the ring.

Hulk Hogan (c) vs Kamala w/Kimchee & The Wizard (WWF World Heavyweight Championship)
Fuck yeah, lets go again. They run right at each other with shoulder blocks and Kamala gets the best of it and sends Hogan across the ring. Kamala beats the shit out of him with the amazing fat man clubing, until Hogan non sells and whoops his ass in revenge. Huge bumps from the big man as Hogan hits him as hard as he can, so Wizard saves to turn the tide. More fun Kamala murdering and Hogan selling, and i love how simple and fun these matches are. Kamala kills him with a splash, but Hogan kicks out! He tries another but Hogan moves and Kamala eats a ton of shit on the landing. Hogan hulks up and looks for the kill, BUT KIMCHEE ATTACKS HOGAN AND HITS A PILEDRIVER. WHAT THE FUCK. HE UNMASKS AND IT'S PAUL ORNDORFF. SON OF A BITCH. Ref throws it out.

Kamala hits a massive running splash to cripple Hogan, and then faces empty the lockrooms and run the heels off.

Randy Savage (c) w/Miss Elizabeth vs Ricky Steamboat (WWF Intercontinental Championship)
Ricky owns him with armdrags and speed and makes Randy eat some well deserved shit, and Savage's bumping is insane and amazing as always. Randy punches him in the throat and drops him across the ropes to cut him off, and he quickly goes to work with a fantastic brutal beating of the injury. Gross offence to it from Randy as he holds nothing back and is a complete shithead, and Steamer's selling is incredible as he's gasping for air and coughing up spit. Just a killer display of how messed up he is. Randy chucks elbows and punches to him and each one is brutal and nasty to watch and listen to. They fight to the floor where Ricky is finally able to fight him off and kick his ass, and he unloads a sweet comeback with amazing shots to the body. Randy has to use the tights to shove him to the floor and keeps decking him when he tries to get back in, so Ricky hits a sunset flip for a super close near fall. He keeps rolling him up and getting closer and closer, BUT RANDY REVERSES INTO ONE OF HIS OWN AND GRABS THE TIGHTS TO STEAL THE WIN.

-We kick off with Hart Foundation being interviewed by Gene. Anvil says this is the new era of the Foundation and they have a new motto of easy or hard, and the Dogs picked easy. Bret says the Bees might have earned a shot, but they're not deserving of a shot and Jimmy has trained them too hard to lose to them. They better be ready
-Hogan says Andre and Bobby tore the hearts out of the little Hulkamanics and he's going to get ready for WrestleMania in a 6 man tag battle with Piper and BJH. He could snap their legs and arms at the same time and have them beg to stop, and they're all RED HOT ABOUT IT.
-The Rougeau's now walk on for some classic babyface happy to be here stuff. They beat the champs a week ago in a non title match, and they have a new date on March the 7th where they can win the titles for real this time. Ray says the champs are going down in history for keeping the titles the shortest. Yeah got em.
-BJH is ready to fight and go for whatever is in front of him and make it to the top if he can.
-Hercules is ready to face and beat down Hogan so Andre can pick the bones of what's left.

We now go to the ring where Tito is arguing with Danny Davis being the ref for his match. He makes him leave the ring, and Jimmy Hart runs down and leaves with Davis. We then see a replay of Davis being a dick again.

WWF UPDATE-
-WWF is going to get 90,000 people at Mania.

Match#1 Don Muraco & Bob Orton w/Mr Fuji vs Lanny Poffo & Leo Strohein
Hey, we finally get a match. Awesome 3 minutes of these two mean surly bastards kicking some ass like they owe them money. Don throws ugly and gross knees and really lays in his shots, and Bob joins in on the fun to fuck them up as well. Hillbilly Jim has a cut in saying he's wondering if Hogan is going to accept the challenge of Andre, and he knows his buddy isn't a quitter and he's going to answer him. Don wins with the Tomnbstone

Randy says Macho Madness hasn't been in the Garden in a long time, but now it's going to confront all of them. He's going to eliminate JYD and Piper, AND THEN HE'S GOING TO BURN THE DRAGON.

In a pre-tape, AA says he heard that Piper is going to retire because he can't take it anymore, and he's going to slice and dice with no extra charge and get rid of Piper.

Match#2.The Junkyard Dog vs. John Valkower
Jesse says he's going to be at Mania because he's the only man who can possibly call it like it is. US Xpress have a cut in talking about Hogan/Andre, and Mike says Hogan will accept it, and Spivey says he won't. Thump ends it.

Killer 90 second murder from our guys. Ax hits really hard, but Smash is once more the standout as the brutal muscle of the team. Decapitation ends it.

It's time for Piper's Pit. He talks about the last 3 weeks and everything that went down between Hogan and Andre. He says he followed Hogan to his dressing room where Hogan was sitting with his head down in shock and crying, and Piper kept asking what was wrong and Hogan couldn't answer. Hogan now walks onto the set with his shirt torn and the cross in his hands looking awful and sad. Piper demands he looks at him in the eyes and asks what's going on with Andre. He's always known Hogan to be a man at least, and what's going on. Hogan again says he's followed Andre since he saw him on TV and he patterned his life after him in and out of the ring, He knew he couldn't be as big as him, but he could be the kind of man he was treating people right. Piper says ripping shirts isn't his way of treating people right. He knew he changed when he saw him with Heenan and could see something was different and they used to fight for the same things, but when he ripped the cross and shirt HE DUG IN AND TORE HIS HEART OUT AND HE SHOULD HAVE STUCK A STAKE IN HIS HEART. PIPER DEMANDS TO KNOW IF HE'S GOING TO FIGHT HIM AT MANIA, AND HOGAN SCREAMS YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

FUCK YEAH.

In the back, Jimmy Hart is with Danny Davis. He says Tunney might have suspended him as a ref, but he's got a contract as a wrestler and the newest member of the Hart Foundation. He's got open contracts for singles, tags and 6 man's, so step up.

Match#4 Ricky Steamboat vs. Tom Laxton
Another good squash for Steamer. Jobber isn't much at all as he's old and fat, but Ricky makes it work by sheer force of talent and will. Crossbody ends it.

God Bless this wonderful B show. The other two are awful as always, but the teams make it work with some fantastic exchanges on the mat and hitting each other super hard. Gorilla says Andre never asked for a title shot in 3 years, so Bobby claps back that Hogan never offered him one. Love that they're both right while being biased about their guys. V is beaten by a rollup like the old loser he is.

Post match, Bravo attacks the faces and stands tall with the heels.

We now see the full footage of Danny Davis trying to be the ref for Tito's match and nearly fighting him, until Tunney runs out and suspends him for life.

Mean Gene-
-Paul Roma has worked hard all around the world to make it here, and he's now challenging the best the WWF has to offer. Lombardi took advantage of him, and now he's ready to settle the score. He can't talk at all.

In the studio, HTM is getting ready to record and sing. He doesn't care about Elvis and his guitar and where he slobbered with his spit and fat gut. He's the better singer and his mama told him since he was a little boy he was better, and he doesn't need to put grease on his hair like that greaseball.

Match#2 Randy Savage w/Miss Elizabeth vs Jerry Allen
Randy kicks the snot out of this nerd in about 60 seconds and wins with the Elbow Drop having never taken off his robe.

Roddy Piper vs Adrian Adonis w/Jimmy Hart
AA meets him on the long ramp, AND PIPER THROWS THE KLIT ON HIM AND BEATS THE SHIT OUT OF HIM WITH AMAZING PUNCHES TO THE FACE. Piper gets distracted by Jimmy, and AA gets a belt and punches him with the buckle in the eyes and smacks the hell out of him across the back. Piper gets it off him and murders his fat belly in revenge and chokes him with it as well, and AA breaks out some wicked bumps again. Piper goes after Jimmy again, and hey it costs him as AA sprays him with his bottle to blind him. Roddy is very dumb in kayfabe. AA hurls him into the crowd AND USES THE RAIL TO SQUASH HIS KNEE IN AN AMAZING IDEA. Jimmy hits him on the arms with the bottle as well, and now Piper is proper fucked. AA beat the crap out of him with stiff strikes and fat man offence, and Piper leans into everything to make it even cooler. He uses the ramp to drop him face first onto it as well. Piper fights back with a siiiiick deadlift suplex, but Jimmy saves again. AA goes for a dive off the top, but Piper gets his knees up and unloads hell on him. The ref is bumped. Piper chucks Jimmy into AA, and kicks a chair into AA's face and chokes him out with the sleeper. Jimmy throws in the bottle and AA sprays Piper again for the DQ as the ref wakes up.

Randy Savage (c) w/Miss Elizabeth vs Ricky Steamboat (WWF Intercontinental Championship)
Randy is wearing the purple and white tights and the yellow boots in his all time best look. Like last night, Steamer goes right after him with armdrags and high impact offence, and Randy gets his ass handed to him. Steamer uses the ramp to throw him all the way back into the ring, and Savage takes another insane bump when he lands back into the ring. Randy fires him off into the ropes when he has a chance, and Steamer splats on the floor. RANDY RAMS HIM THROAT AND NECK FIRST INTO THE GUARDRAIL. OH NO. Randy drops a knee onto his throat for good measure and then slams him back onto the ground. LOVE how brutal he gets with the beatings as each match happens as it's clear he's not just loosing his mind, but slowly realising that Ricky is his equal and he can only hold him off for so long. The control seg is perfect again as Randy works 100 miles an hour as he beats the living shit out of him, and Ricky's selling is magnificent and even better than last night. Savage uses the looping lariats again to crush his throat and take his head off at the same time, and it's the coolest and smartest use of them you'll see. He lays him on the ropes and tries to crush his throat, but Steamer moves and Savage eats shit. Ricky slowly fights back and goes after his throat in revenge. He locks in a super tight headlock and twists the hell out of his entire face. RANDY KICKS HIM OFF AND THROWS HIM OVER THE ROPES. RICKY SKINS THE CAT, BUT RANDY BOLTS AT HIM AND KILLS HIM WITH A GROSS LARIAT TO KNOCK HIM TO THE FLOOR AND RICKY HITS THE RAIL WHEN HE LANDS. SAVAGE STICKS HIS HEAD INTO IT AND GOES FOR THE KILL, BUT RICKY MOVES AND SMACKS THE SHIT OUT OF HIS RIBS WHEN HE COMES DOWN. They get back in to fight, but Savage punches him in the fucking throat, BUT IT FIRES RICKY BACK UP AND BEATS HIS ASS AND LIFTS HIM BY THE THROAT AND CHOKES HIM AND WON'T LET GO AS THE REF BEGS HIM TO. Steamer drags him to the ropes and drops him throat first into them, and now Randy is cooked. He does it again, and we get an amazing shot of a scared Liz on the outside. Randy tries to bail, but Steamer chases him on the outside and throws him into the rails and stays right on him with punches to the face. Ricky hits the chop and slingshots him into the corner AND SAVAGE HITS THE POST AND IS BUSTED WIDE OPEN. RICKY SEES THE BLOOD AND BEATS THE SHIT OUT OF THE CUT WITH CHOPS, AND RANDY IS DEAD ON HIS FEET AS RICKY HITS HIM AGAIN AND AGAIN. Randy grabs the tights to hurl him out of the ring to the ramp, and he runs at him and knees him in the back and Steamer smacks his face off the ramp and he's dead. NO HE'S FUCKING NOT AS HE GETS BACK IN AT THE 9 COUNT AND SUNSET FLIPS HIM AND KEEPS ROLLING HIM UP , BUT SAVAGE MANAGES TO LEAN BACK WITH ONE OF HIS OWN AND GRABS THE TIGHTS AND STEALS ANOTHER WIN.

The Hart Foundation and Jimmy are in the ring being introduced by Fink, when the Islanders music hits as they've answered the open contract Jimmy spoke about last week. Jimmy introduces Danny Davis as the newest member, and he comes out in zebra tights. AMAZING.

Match#1 The Hart Foundation (c) w/Jimmy Hart & Danny Davis vs The Islanders (WWF World Tag Team Championships)
Islanders run roughshot on them to start with speed and power, and Bret shows off his bumping skills as they kick his ass all over the joint. Anvil has to hit Tama from behind to turn things around, and HF go to work with a killer control seg on Fatu's daddy beating the complete shit out of him. Hillbilly Jim has a cut in where he meant to predict who will between Andre and Hogan, but he's too busy talking about this will blow the roof of his grannies house. Vince and Jesse both realise he never said who would win. DEAD. HF break out a sick double DDT on Tama to really fuck him up, and Vince is in shock at how brutal that was. Haku has a wonderful hot tag running through them with amazing kicks and punches, and HF bump like crazy for him. TAMA GOES FOR THE HEADBUTT, BUT DAVIS SHOVES HIM OFF AND HE'S OUT COLD. ANVIL JUMPS ON TOP TO STEAL THE WIN.

Vince announces it will be Race vs JYD at Mania in the loser must bow, kneel and place the crown on the winners head. Good mean squash from our King against this bum. JYD has a cut in saying Race will be the one bowing and calling him King JYD. Fisherman's Buster ends it.

-Geno hypes up the 6 man at MSG
-Hart Foundation walk on as Gene says now the title defences are coming out of the pan and into the fire. Anvil says they do have the option of hiding for 30 days, but they won't be doing that at all. Bret says the last match with the Rougeau's had foul play as his foot was the ropes and he's going to make sure this is a fair and good match. Gene brings up Davis helping them, so Anvil shouts he already lost his job so he leave him alone.

In a pre-tape, Tito and the Dogs sign a contract to face Hart Foundation and Davis at Mania. Tito swears they'll make them pay.

Match#3 Billy Jack Haynes vs. Morgan Bastien
Another piece of shit for this piece of shit. We go backstage to where Hercules is watching on. He says BJH is tough and strong, but he's nothing like him and he can never be anything like Hercules. Full Nelson ends this piece of shit.

-Randy Savage is here all hyped up. Gene says he will need to forget about George Steele being in Steamboat's corner for WrestleMania, he''s going to need to concentrate on Steamboat. Randy says of course he will BECAUSE NOTHING WILL GO WRONG NO NOT AT THE SILVERDOME IN ALL OF MY GLORY. This is a big spectacle all over the world and you're speaking to the champion which makes all the difference. There are no innocent bystanders and all the fans will be witness who see him get the 3 count on Ricky, AND POSSIBLY HURT HIM YEAH.

Match#4 The Dream Team w/Dino Bravo & Johnny V vs Paul Roma & Frankie Rose
Vince announces it will be DT vs Rougeau's at Mania. Hell Yeah. The brothers have a cut in saying this is the biggest thing to happen to them and they're ready. Fine squash for DT as Hammer is still Hammer no matter what, and Brutus is caring at this point. Jesse also announces King Kong Bundy & two little people vs Jim & two little people. YAH. Figure Four does it.

It's time for the snake pit. Jake says in pro wrestling you hear a lot of strange names with strange people, but his guest has a STUPID name. Honky Tonk Man. HTM walks on and says his mama called him that because he was born on a pool table. Jake keeps sticking Damien into his face as HTM freaks out. He says he's here because the fans want to hear him sing, and Jake asks if he can sing to Damien. HTM gets upset, so Jake calms down and says he can sing and make an idiot of himself in front of the entire word. HTM goes to sing but Jake shoves the snake in his face and cahses him off. HTM RUNS AROUND THE OTHER SIDE OF THE SET AND HITS JAKE IN THE HEAD WITH HIS GUITAR AND THEN ACROSS THE BACK A FEW TIMES, AND JAKE IS DEAD.

This is the infamous moment where Jake got hit by a non-gimmicked guitar that fucked up his neck and back and turned him into a drug addict. A heartbreaking moment to come out of an otherwise amazing angle.

Steamer gets 4 minutes to play against a super good jobber who moves and hits well, so this is rad. Bobby and Gorilla argue about why Andre has never lost, and Gorilla once again tries to say Andre never asked for a shot. Complete trash. Wizard has a cut in talking about waterfalls and pain, and i think he picks Andre to win. Chic goes on a run of offence and slams Ricky on the floor and beats the shit out of him, and Steamer's selling is amazing. Our hero fights back and burns this man and wins with the Crossbody.

WWF MADISON SQAURE GARDEN-23/2

Demolition vs The Islanders
Demo have a instrumental version of their theme, and it's sooooo amazing. They've also got new face paint and look like the scariest and toughest motherfuckers in the world. Killer start as the faces can't knock them down by themselves, so they have to team up and use their speed to finally drop them, and MSG loses their damn minds. Demo show off their bumping and stooging while never losing the aura, which is such a hard line to walk. Ax's knee is targeted and we get some brutal and fun work, and his selling is really damn good. Smash finally tags and in hurls Tama to the concrete and then over the rail to the floor again. They get him back in and lay waste to him with gross double teams and clubbing from both. AX DEADLIFTS TAMA OFF HIS CHEST DURING A PIN AND THROWS HIM TO THE FLOOR AGAIN AND TAMA'S BACK IS RIPPED OPEN AND BLOODY. HOLY FUCK. Demo stay on him and kick the snot out of him, and Tama's selling is incredible as hell. He finally gets free and tags in Haku, and we get a sick hot tag with a ton of nasty kicks and splashes, and Demo take a killer beating for all of it. It all breaks down from there, and as the ref is getting rid of Haku, they quickly beat Tama with the Decapitation.

Koko B Ware vs Sika
We can assume that Slick has now hired Sika to take out Koko before Mania. Love the big man being a paid hitter for all the heels. The monster clobbers him with chops and power stuff throwing him around, and Koko's bumping is stellar as he gets his ass handed to him. Koko climbs out of the ring and crawls under the ring to the other side and sneaks back in and beats the big man with a rollup

Butch Reed w/Slick vs Tito Santana
AHHHHHHHHHHHH. I knew at some point the house show boom would hit, but i didn't realise it would be such a sudden and impactful shift from a lot of bad cards from a few months ago to this wicked stuff. WWF 87 is a different beast and i adore it. Fantastic feeling out to start with Butch being a cheating dick, and Tito finally snapping and beating his ass when he's had enough of it. Tito stays on him and pinballs him with dropkicks and strikes, and Butch bumps like a freak for all of it. Butch manages to run his back into the corner to hurt him bad, and he goes to work with a great control seg beating the fuck out of poor Tito's body. Nasty work on the neck using the ropes in between power stuff, and it's class. Tito's selling is the best and does so much for himself, and Butch. Reed's cut offs a sick as he throws really mean knees to the body and just wreaks poor Tito's life whenever he can. Santana manages to shove him into the corner and attacks the ribs, and then mounts another tremendous comeback bashing this assholes face in for all his sins. It breaks back down into a great back and forth with a ton of shots being thrown by both dudes as they go for the kill. Tito gets the Figure Four in, but Butch latches onto the ropes. Butch snaps and attacks Tito's face with a series of punches and bloodies his lip as a result. Slick tries to attack Tito, bit Koko makes the save for the DQ

The Hart Foundation (c) w/Jimmy Hart & Danny Davis vs The Killer Bees (WWF World Tag Team Championships)
Fine opening minutes with the champs being very, very good at everything, and Blair carrying the load for his goofy partner. Blair and Bret is killer once again as they match up so well going hold for hold, and speed for speed. Anvil tries to help, but he gets his ass kicked for some wonderful stooging. Blair works the arm and controls him, and Bret's attempts to fight out are tremendous as he's trying new and cool things and getting cut off. He finally just says fuck it and throws a headbutt to Blair's face, and the boys go to work with another very fun control seg. Great work on Blair's throat and neck with a constant attack, and his selling is good times and adds a lot to it. Blair's comeback is really fun as he fights like hell to get anything going and makes HF fight to the death to stop him until they just can't. Blair kills Bret with an Electric Chair and tags in Jim for a good and short hot tag. Davis sneaks in and hits Jim with a punch to the head and that's enough for Anvil to beat this loser.

Randy Savage, Harley Race & Adrian Adonis vs Ricky Steamboat, Roddy Piper & Junkyard Dog (Elimination Match)
AMAZING OPENING MINUTE AS RODDY TRICKS RANDY TO TAG IN, AND THEN TAGS IN RICKY WHO CHASES AFTER SAVAGE AND KICKS HIS ASS. All the faces fight their respective heels in incredible fashion, as even JYD gives shit and really thumps! Race when he gets the chance with some killer punches to the face. Randy tries to cheat to turn the tide, but Ricky saves and lets JYD eat his cakes for some sweet revenge. Ricky jumps in and they fight again, and hey it's sort of perfect even in the shortest form. Piper/AA fight as well and then it all breaks down into mayhem with a billion cool moments that everyone needs to see. AA tries to hurt JYD's head and they spill to the outside where everyone fights around ringside and the ref counts AA and JYD out, so we now have the coolest tag match ever. Piper is quickly isolated, and the heels beat the hell out of him in one of the most frantic and wonderful control segs possibly with everyone doing what they do best in these roles. Steamer's hot tag is insane as he's beyond fast and on fire, and wreaks these big stupid jerks in amazing, amazing fashion. Race really bumps his ass off, and Piper makes sure Randy is out of the way for some cool stuff. Ricky gets Race with a cradle, BUT RANDY ROLLS THEM OVER AND RICKY IS PINNED, AND PIPER IS ALL ALONE. OH SHIT. PIPER HUGS RICKY AND SAYS FUCK IT AS HE TACKLES RACE AND FIGHTS LIKE DEATH. Incredible fight between them with some wicked Race bumps for maniac Piper shit. Randy takes Piper out with the axe handle and the boys go to work, but Piper is insane and won't die and keeps fighting back no matter what they do to him. Race holds Piper in place for another Axe Handle, but Piper moves and Randy knocks Race out cold, and Piper pins him. Ahhhhhh. Piper slowly gets up with this bathshit look in his eyes as he points to Randy and readies himself for it. Race tries to help, but Piper gets rid of him, and we get our dream match. Piper bites him and cheats like a bastard, and Randy stooges and runs for it. He finally gets him and has a quick but super fun control seg. Randy beats his head in and strangles him, and it's another pure dirtbag one from the GOAT. Randy goes for the Elbow, but Piper moves and gets a cradle to win.

Love to see more real matches on the A show. Hopefully this trend is here to stay. 90 second little power fight with Bundy throwing bombs, and BJH trying his best to throw some good ones back to his credit. Bundy misses the Avalanche and BJH gets the Full Nelson, but Bobby attacks for the DQ.

HOOOOOOOO. He makes his debut in Boston against a fat old lazy jobber, so it's not the best debut. Still, Hacksaw is very easy to like despite all the terrible runs he has later on. Spot mostly controls with lazy stuff and it's really not fun or good, so Hack can't do much to save things. Hack has a comeback and wins with the Running Lariat.

Now this is more like it. The brothers control to start so we can have more Hart stooging and crying at ringside each time they get their asses kicked, and hey it works very well.We get more great exchanges on the mat between Bret and the brothers as each moment is a struggle for control and a real hard fight for it. Ray attacks Bret's leg and hurts him, but Bret rakes the eyes and tags in Anvil to turn the tide. He beats the shit out of him with gross strikes and clubs and whips his ass, and Ray's selling is wonderful. HF kick the crap out of him for a few minutes and it gets super mean and petty any time Ray tries to fight back. Davis gets involved as well with attacks behind the ref's back, and Ray is badly hurt. He finally gets free and tags in Jaques for a super fun hot tag. It all breaks down as Davis sneaks in and reverses a cradle to give Bret the 3.

Hulk Hogan, Billy Jack Haynes & Roddy Piper vs Paul Orndorff, Adrain Adonis & Hercules (Elimination Match)
Fun babyface flurry to start with our cocaine fiend heroes kicking the asses of these evil fat and dopey men. BJH get a lot of shine and actually steps up and kicks AA's fat ass with slams and the like, and it's a lot of fun. Paul gets his ass kicked by his old pals and bumps really well for all of it. BJH gets isolated for a time and it's a fine control seg from everyone kicking his stupid face in. Piper gets the tag and goes wild as wild can be before it all breaks down as these things tend to. Everyone fights on the outside and the ref counts Piper and AA out in a really bad call given whose left on both sides. Herc takes Hogan's head off with a lariat and the heels go to work on him, and it's the classic monsters beating up Hogan for a few minutes, and it's good as they beat the crap out of him and his leg, and Hogan sells his ass off for them. Paul runs into Herc on the apron and Hogan quickly rolls him up to get rid of him. Wonderful snaps and beats the shit out of Hogan, and behind their back, Herc hits BJH with an elbow to beat him. The last few minutes is another bad Hogan/Herc fight, and Hogan wins.

-Don and Bob are ready for this chance as they've spent the last few months learning about each other and becoming a team. Bob is proud to have Don as his partner. Don says they were on Mania 1 and 2, while these two young fellows are just starting and they're on the big stage of WrestleMania 3. They are excited as is Mean Gene. The most subdued Don has ever been.

Piper's Pit is up next. Piper says he's damn proud to be the man whose going to run AA out of town. He's spoken to Heenan before, but he wants to hear the words from Andre as to why he's doing this. Andre comes out, but Bobby walks out with him. Heenan says anyone who wants to talk to Andre HAS to talk to him. He sick of everyone calling him names and saying he poisoned Andre's mind, when he smartened him up to the fact people like Piper and Hogan were using him. Piper is confused and says this weasel is saying that Hogan has been stabbing him in the back for years, and he doesn't want to hear Bobby speak. LOU ALBANO RETURNS AND GRABS THE MIC AND ASKS ANDRE WHAT HE'S DOING THIS FOR. HE'S LETTING THE FANS DOWN AND LETTING HIMSELF DOWN. HE HOPES HOGA RIPS HIS BUTT. Andre backs him into a corner and chases him off. Bobby grabs the mic and loses it at people coming out and billeting his man for what he chooses to do.. He's getting that title from Hogan. Piper says he's going to have a hell of a time getting it.

This is 5 minutes in a bad choice as no squash match should be that long, but at least we get to see Martel being awesome as hell. Nothing to sneeze at. Zenk is controlled by jobbers because he's a dork and this is too long, so yeah not good. Martel's hot tag rocks at least, and he wins with the Slingshot.

AA wreaks this kid in one last amazing squash before he's all done, sadly. Wild fat man offence on the outside batters the kid time and time again, and he wins with the Sleeper.

Tito gets 4 minutes as well, which is a little too long tbh. Barry is at least a better jobber than most and adds a fight to this, so Tito has more to work with than the opener. Barry hits really hard so we get some sick Tito selling. Slick runs out and hits Tito across the back with his cane!!! Tito is dead, but he's able to get back in and cracks Barry dead with the Forearm.

Quick and awesome Kamala squash as is the norm. Big Splash does it.

Match#3 Koko B Ware vs Barry O
Fuck yeah. Koko kills it again with an onslaught of amazing offence and crazy bumps when he needs to. Just the best dude. Tito has a cut in telling Koko to watch out for Slick and to take Butch all the way. Barry is a very good jobber again and really wreaks Koko when he gets the chance, and Koko's selling rocks a ton. Koko fights back and wins with the Ghostbuster.

Mean Gene-
-Hulk Hogan doesn't care what anyone says, HE WANTS TO LIVE FOREVER. He's made a deal upstairs and Andre is the only reason he can't live forever. Hulkamania will live forever no matter what Andre does to him, because he's going to live forever. At Mania with the entire world watching, Andre will feel the largest arms in the world and the power he has. He's going to think about when he ripped the shirts and tore his heart out, and if nothing else he'll get him for that.

Match#4 Hercules w/Bobby Heenan vs Mario Mancini
Herc is finally working more angry and actually hitting hard as hell, so this is a lot of fun for the big lug. Full Nelson ends it.

Piper's Pit time. Piper says he's always given everything 100% and he's not stopping until he's shaved AA bald and has the world to see him as the ugliest thing ever. He hypes up Hogan's movies and a man who has problems like him. Hogan walks out looking super focused and crazed. He says he knows Piper has earned his name and he knows he'd never let a fat boy choke him out. Piper says he's got two weeks later so let him say this, THEY WOULD HAVE TO BURRY HIM 6FT UNDER TO GET THE TITLE OFF HOGAN. Piper screams about all the things everyone is saying about Andre. Hogan says he knows how big he is, and he doesn't even know how strong he is. But he will TRY and that's all he can do, just try. He's fighting for different reasons than Andre, and he's fighting for all of the Hulksters who got their hearts torn out by him. Hogan and Piper shake hands to end this.
