Does Alberto Del Rio Dislike 'The Miz' Outside WWE?

It's a little coincidental that he would actually single out the Miz thinking he could probably get away with it since Miz is in the dog house but from some of the interviews I have seen of the Miz he doesn't seem like a total dick he's just good at playing a dickish character.

Idk, sounded kinda legit to me. Didn't seem like Del Rio was mucking around until he called Miz "fat and ugly" when really he's not fat in the slightest. Other than that it didn't feel like the Del Rio we've seen on TV. This Del Rio sounded relaxed and comfortable and what he was saying seemed to come naturally to mind as he wasn't trying to remember something he was told to say. I think it's legit.

And The Miz is better on the mic than Del Rio, no debate about it.

Miz is a tight second to Jericho as the best at gaining heel heat in the WWE. Just him being on the receiving end of a beat down got Alex fucking Riley super over for a short while. I have nothing against Del Rio, but Miz is just better on the mic because his in-your-face, condescending attitude and his obnoxiousness has made him the most hated of all heels. That makes him good at what he does. Just about every arena Raw goes to The Miz gets the strongest boo's. Del Rio is hands down the better wrestler, but The Miz is a stronger entertainer.

I won't deny that Del Rio is capable of getting himself over and that his debut month can attest to that. But the loudness and the novelty of Ricardo has played a big role in that, without question.

Most wrestlers do interviews in character so he was probably just joking around. Look at Dolph Ziggler's recent interviews he is in character but still comments like normal about things like travel, what his goals are etc. To me it just sounded like Del Rio was being the arrogant heel saying that he hates guys like Miz. He has been around long enough that I really can't see him talking down guys in this fashion in a media interview.
