It has made more money going on the road. Brock Lesnar should retire and piss off before TNA shuts down.

When you say "hope TNA bounce back from their issues" you insinuate that their recent decisions have caused some sort of drop off. Really the only noticeable drop off is with their approval rating from the IWC, which ultimately means jack shit.

I didn't mention ratings. I said, "I hope TNA bounce back from their issues." Ratings isn't their issue at the moment, but the issue is that they've released a lot of good talent over the past year(s) in order to save money. Once TNA manage to bounce back from this time where they're going through a financial crisis, hopefully they'll be able to bounce back and slowly start to rehire some of the talent that had to be released.

You have no way of knowing that, I was asking a question based upon reports that he was being paid $5 million dollars.

Also just for the fun of it and from wiki so the numbers may not be perfect but let's take an average PPV cost of $50 as I''m not sure on the figures.

The official buy total for the 2012 Extreme Rules event was 263,000 , up from 209,000 for the 2011

That's up 54,000 buys which *50 = 2,700,000

According to new data released by WWE, the 2012 SummerSlam pay-per-view was a huge success with 350,000 worldwide pay-per-view buys. This breaks down to 264,000 North American buys but just 86,000 international. This is the most successful SummerSlam since 2008.

WWE has updated their Key Performance Indicators with the preliminary buyrate information for SummerSlam. According to the company, the preliminary buyrate is 301,000 buys, almost 50,000 below the 2010 buyrate. The estimated buyrate is 174,000 in North America and 127,000 from International markets.

By comparison, the show drew 350,00 buys in 2010 and 369,000 buys in 2009.

(264k - 174k) = 90k * 50 = 4,500,000 according to my maths for the US buys.

That comes in at over $5 million dollars on PPV revenue although I had to include the international buy rates a I couldn't be bothered looking them up so remove those but factor in merch and TV revenue from boosted ratings and it's not unreasonable to suggest Brock was making a profit for the company. I believe this years ER was up on last years too. Plus he'd have contributed to a boost at WM and this years summerslam in all likelyness.
