Unless he's "working the websites" again, Matt Hardy has been teasing a new look for brother Jeff Hardy on his Twitter page. Here are two photos that Matt and their friend Kimo that were posted on Twitter recently. Perhaps Hardy is trying to be more presentable when he has to face a judge again next month.

So whatcha think? Matt has a history of messing with the IWF, but Jeff could be going for a "New Me" type approach.
