......I'm bout 85% sure that's not Jeff, it's Matt. It's hard to think of since Jeff has had his rainbow hair for so long but if you think back to the Hardy Boyz days and any of the videos WWE showed of their childhood then you'll remember Jeff is a natural blonde.

So if that is him then it's a really good dye job.

Plus the picture is just happens to be angled where you can't see the back of "Jeff's" neck or the his ear ring holes.
