He was just a pale copy of his dad I saw nothing special in him to begin with and he was an awful face as well and if Marine 2 was anyone to look forward to in regards to acting skills he won't be getting far in Acting either.

To be fair, not even an reboot of "The Marine 2" starring Daniel Day Lewis, Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro, William Hurt, Tom Hanks or Anthony Hopkins would even be able to make it out of the toilet, lol. The premise, dialogue and everything about the movie is "direct to dvd" for a reason.

We never know. Maybe he'll luck out and land a role in a future Marvel movie or something and get noticed.

Him being given the DiBiase name was his biggest hinderance, as soon as he appeared on screen the only real gimmick they could give him was "silver spoon young guy" given his dad.

No look at Randy Orton as a prime example as a third generation star who despite his last name became a bigger name then both his dad and grandad another example is the Rock who went under Rocky Maivia first was a bigger success then his dad and grandfather.

Last names mean nothing its how you deal with the gimmick that counts.

I guess DiBiase may as well leave. WWE clearly don't have a plan for him, however underappreciated/rubbish he may be.

He's a complete and utter hack whose absence from television should be viewed as a positive for the 'E. Ted Sr's legacy is being put to great shame.

This is really no suprise he has not been used strongly for awhile now, but like wise has not developed how many would have hoped. Good luck to him if he does decide to leave and presure acting. I don't see why him not getting over in WWE will effect his acting career, acting and wrestling are two different arts.

Half the shit WWE superstars do, I learned in drama class in high school. So not entirely different.

He's sucked as a singles wrestler IMO. The only time he was relevant was when he was with Orton & Cody in Legacy. Plus he hasn't been used on TV in however long, so just release him.

He is talented in the ring, he got the charisma but probably he doesnt have the attraction that most of the superstars has. Face or heel, he couldnt make a big impact. But I still think WWE could use him a lot better.

I wouldn't be upset if he left. He's decent enough in the ring, but overall he's nothing special. He never really seemed to know what kind of wrestler he wanted to be. He seemed uncomfortable in his 'son of Ted Sr.' gimmick, and never really seemed to know what to do as a face either.

I haven't seen him in The Marine 2, so I really can't comment on his acting, but I have a feeling he wouldn't do very well in Hollywood.

A break from WWE would probably be good for him. He hasn't been used well since Legacy and has struggled to get out from under his fathers shadow. Him being basically a clone of his father hasn't helped at all, at least with Orton and Rhodes they became completely different wrestlers and had different gimmicks. Take a year off, try to get some acting gigs or maybe wrestle elsewhere for a bit and then if you still want to wrestle wait until WWE are desperate for him to return before coming back.

In the end him leaving won't mean anything since he has done nothing substantial for a very long time.

The difference is wrestling is more performance driven, while people see them as playing characters they still don't consider them to be actors and consider wrestling a TV shows/movies different. Also most the sucessful characters in wrestling are where the person are just playing extenison of themselves, Hart, Michaels, Austin, Cornette, Flair, Trish, Mankind etc... Acting is different because the magic is be able to step into a whole new character at will, where the nices person in the world can become the meanest.

it would've been cool if Legacy was still around with Rhodes, DiBiase, and Orton. that to me could have been a top faction in the wwe. Not like the nwo or evolution but it would've made some good storylines and it would've improved diBiase and Rhodes skills
