I caught this during the show last night. Notice around the 1:13 mark, Punk talks to the Ref. 1:18 mark, the ref checks his ear piece. Around 1:23, he starts doing the X signal, to get medical attention. Then, all the champions leave the ring, so the camera is not on Del Rio as Medics attend to him. You can clearly see hes in pain though.

I don't know what the injury is, or how serious. But the X signal usually means immediate care, so it could be very serious.

If he is out, Raw is now lacking a top heel. Who would take that spot? Maybe Dolph Ziggler?

Really didn't notice this. I think if that is the case, Kane will take that place now he has returned.

Dolph´ll be a great compensation. He´s better on the mic, and his ring skills are at least one or two levels higher above Alberto´s.

Del Rio realised his position was gonna slip even further with no Ricardo on TV, so he's obviously pulled a fake injury.

Del Rio was carried out of the building by trainers after Raw went off the air. There was some fear that he may have suffered a groin injury, but after being checked out by WWE trainers, he's said to be doing alright. He's not expected to miss any ring time, despite some soreness.

- As noted before, Alberto Del Rio suffered what was believed to be a groin injury at last night's RAW Supershow. Del Rio is sore but word is that he will be OK, but still is undergoing further evaluation before an official decision is made. Apparently the injury came to Del Rio when he was missile dropkicked by Daniel Bryan.
That's good that it's nothing serious.

Thank god it wasn't serious, I would hate to not see Ricardo and Del Rio around for a while. I think Kane will become the #1 Heel for sure though, no matter what. OR Dolph Ziggler but you never know.

It did look pretty bad when it happened after rewatching it a few times, he could barely finish the match. Glad that it's nothing serious. Del Rio is a great inring worker.

Good news that it isn't too serious. If he is out for a bit then Ziggler will simply take his place in the mainevent.

Kane may become #1 heel, but he's not going into the title hunt straight away. Maybe a match against John Cena at the rumble, since it owuld be pointless for cena to try win the rumble, having a match at mania already.

F4WOnline.com is reporting that WWE star Alberto Del Rio has been pulled from live events according to WWELiveTour.com.

Del Rio has been pulled from this Monday night's Raw SuperShow line-up, and has also been pulled from the entire WWE holiday tour.

As we previously reported, Del Rio was injured on Raw this past Monday night, as he appeared to have suffered some type of groin injury. Del Rio is being given some time off to heal, and according to reports, is not expected to be sidelined too long as a result of the injury.

Smart move to keep him out of the ring for a week or two to make sure it heals up and doesn't cause him to miss a huge amount of time. WWE need to make sure that he will be fit for the Rumble.

Update: WWE Confirms Del Rio's Injury & Posts Recovery Time
WWE.com has confirmed that Alberto Del Rio has indeed suffered an injury stemming from his bout on last week's post-TLC edition of Raw. The article noted the following:

"We were able to look at an MRI, and it appears as though he has a groin injury that’s severe enough to require surgery," Dr. Amann is quoted as saying on the WWE website. "Fortunately for Alberto, the surgery is minimally invasive and the recovery time is usually four to six weeks."

Damn, that sucks! Del Rio is great in the ring and I wish him well with his recovery. This also looks like we won't see Ricardo for 4-6 weeks! :(
