I'm not being color blind because I have always read that slot as being Town, Lethal, you have not. So you're the one sharply changing your read on that slot for what I think is very flimsy reasons, not me. It's absolutely possible based on the wording - at least 1 is scum. It's by no means concrete either.

Personally I'd like to think that if both Abi and Tommy were scum mates of Mando, he would have tried to categorically push for one over the other, seeing as those two were his only logical options anyway. Going for one but ignoring the other would probably amount to some powerful distancing, so I don't think both Abi and Tommy are scum.
