But if it is and you kill him we lose constantly not only finding scum but clearing others? If you two worked together then town would be winning rather quickly.

Sure you don't trust the Jeff or his list I think it'd be better to disprove than to lynch him and then he flips town and all the info was right. What would your defense be? You'd be killed the next day.
