Another thing, my attempt to neighbourize Doddsy went through, so I didn't get blocked. Which means, if we assume a full RB on scum, they know I'm not the SK.

The only question is if there's actually another guy out there except us who's town. If Doddsy lied all along, we're the only town left. If he didn't lie, he should have no issues voting with us. And in that case Smark/CP are exactly scum/SK.
