Twentieth Century Fox Entertainment has detailed its upcoming Blu-ray release of the R-Rated blockbuster Deadpool. The release will be available for purchase on May 10.
Tim Miller's superhero film became the biggest R-Rated film of all time, earning more than $745 million worldwide.
Official synopsis: Based upon Marvel Comics' most unconventional anti-hero, Deadpool tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life. The film stars starring Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, Gina Carano, T.J. Miller, Ed Skrein, Rachel Sheen, and Andre Tricoteux.
