The Resident Evil Chapter is coming to Dead by Daylight on June 15th. It includes a Killer, The Nemesis; two Survivors, Leon S. Kennedy and Jill Valentine; and a new map of the iconic Raccoon City police station.

Dead by Daylight - Resident Evil Chapter 5 Minutes of Gameplay

Dead by Daylight is really cool but I feel like I get bored of it a bit too quickly. It's very repetitive, but I do like all the extra content they've added and the neat little crossovers.

I played about 80 hours of it when it was relatively new a few years ago. I stopped about when Freddy was introduced.

The game is fun but very repetitive(especially as suvivors) and as much as I love Resident Evil the nemesis doesn't seem that fun to play. Just punch and whip with a tentacle?

I do find it hilarious though that people said this game was a cheap attempt to cash in on the Friday the 13th game which was way worse(glitchy as fuck) and that one of the killers was a copy of jason. Now they have all sorts of actually licensed killers/survivors and Friday the 13th is a dead game. The company got like sued because they added Jason X stuff and didn't have the permissions or something. Idk the logistics of it but they said they won't continue making anything for the game anymore and that was awhile ago.

I got that Friday the 13th game for free and still felt let down

Dead by Daylight is MUCH better than that game, it's not even close. I'd play DBD in a heartbeat over that.

Chucky expansion coming to DBD in November.

After giving fans a Stranger Things treat earlier this week, Behaviour Interactive has announced via IGN that Chucky from Child’s Play will be joining Dead by Daylight on November 28th! Best of all, Brad Dourif will be reprising his role as the voice of Chucky in the new DLC, as well as Jennifer Tilly voicing an alternate variant of Chucky with the Good Gal costume, inspired by Bride of Chucky‘s Tiffany.

Details regarding Chucky and his abilities are still to be revealed, but Behaviour Interactive has dropped a few hints as to what he’ll be able to do in the game. Chucky has a Slice & Dice ability that lets him lunge at his victims in order to more efficiently cover ground. Behaviour has even included Chucky’s human form in Charles Lee Ray into the game, assisting him in spirit form. Lastly, Chucky’s Scamper ability lets him leap through windows and move under pallets.

Interestingly, the copyright for the images provided to IGN include a copyright for 2004’s Seed of Chucky. Does this mean that we could be seeing a costume of Glen at some point? We’ll have to wait and see. No word on if we’ll be seeing Andy as a Survivor.

Dead by Daylight is available now on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store and the Windows Store.

Dude chucky now in this game. I may need to play again especially since they added the xenomorph as well.

When they released the teaser pic i think the comments were complaining that things were being removed like stranger things because the license expired so people thought maybe it was a copycat Michael Myers because he was leaving.

I haven’t kept up with the game since around when Freddy was added. He was pretty OP so my friend group stopped playing

Freddy is one of the weakest of the Horror guys they added. Michael Myers can be OP if he gets the stare down because after that it's one hit downs.

I have heard alot of complaints about xenomorph being way to OP though.
