I ended up watching Ultimate Party 2023 along with Alexa and overall, it was a solid and fun show. Saki retiring got me and Alexa in the feels, though she wouldn't admit Alexa was more tore up about it than me. I wasn't upset by any of the outcomes, but then again, I don't have a strong connection to DDT or care for wrestling at this point, but Alexa was pleased as well with the outcomes though to quote her "Of course Jericho will win. Everyone for some reason has to suck up to his has-been ass and kiss his ass. Same for Cardona, but at least they (both) put on a good match and Jericho won clean and then later put over Takeshita. Still fucking hate, the two of them."
