I haven't seen Black Adam yet but even before they spilled the Beans of Cavill returning as Supes I thought he was the only guy who could match him from this Earth. Past due for Superman to return can't wait to see what happens next.

Look the first two movies in his vision were not good. Man of Steel had cool action scenes and a charismatic lead but the story of Superman in that movie was not good. BvS turned Batman to a murderous monster who doesn't listen to reason and Superman was even more sad and mopey than he was in Man of Steel. Zack Snyder's Justice League was good I'll admit but it was 4 hours long. There's no way Warner Bros was releasing that shit in theaters.

If you don't like Shazam that's fine but the general consensus was that it was a good movie. Way better than Snyder's...

And…

You kept saying it was a good movie, I kept saying that I didn't like it because it's childish and there's zero action in it.

Also, I have no problem with any Snyder movie in that universe, I'm not saying he's a perfect director (his Netflix zombie movie was horrendous), but I really enjoyed the look and tone of his DC movies and I wish they had kept it instead of having Shazam floss. I like Gunn but I fear he won't let the universe be dark and serious enough.
