Daniels Returns to TNA

As noted before, Christopher Daniels has returned to TNA as Suicide. Daniels is still under contract to Ring of Honor but both sides have a deal worked out. Daniels is allowed to work TV and live events for TNA, as long as he wears the Suicide mask. Daniels will be working for both companies for the time being.

TNA wanted Daniels back as part of their plans to focus more on the X Division, in hopes of building it back up in time for the Destination X pay-per-view this summer.

The best of both worlds here. TNA fans get Daniels back in the ring albeit as Suicide and ROH fans still get Daniels appearing on shows. Good for Daniels as well since he will be pulling in two decent paychecks. Hopefully this time around he is booked strongly like he deserves to be.

The Suicide gimmick sucks so I'm not excited there but I guess if he had to be masked to work for the company it works. Glad he stays in ROH because he has been putting on some great matches since returning.

Yeah I agree, I can understand why he made this decission. I am hopeing he might get a ROH Title run this year, was very impressed with how he put Homicide over at Final Battle.

As for this reviving the X Division thing, I will believe it when I see it.

Suicide gimmick I actually like, and hell if it means seeing Daniels that is good. Wonder if Daniels contract ends with ROH that he will go back to TNA as himself. Even then Daniels back to TNA is win too me.

I don't know why Daniels would go back to TNA when he seemed so rejuvenated in ROH. Money scale isn't all that different for people on the bottom of the card. And thats where Daniels would be again. Suicide is an old gimmick from a video game nobody bought, why must they still use it? Bring back Curryman.

Curryman was win. Also I think they use Suicide because he is an easy face to remember not to mention he is another spot junkey for TNA.
