oh most definitely. They have every right to do it. And as been previously said dude has a new kid and is getting a steady check so it's good for him. I also doubt he's gonna be WWE/NXT bound so it isn't holding him back really.

He's monetized his shtick so damn well I can't imagine the incentive of joining NXT, only to sacrifice his independent ability to make money his way. I can very much picture him signing with TNA (kind of a sideways answer to the WWE/NXT thing)
