The X Files Season Two Episode Five
The one where Dwayne Berry escapes a metal hospital, and holds people hostege in an office block, and Mulder has to talk him around, but gets too personally involved the case of a man who may or may not be telling the truth about being abducted by Aliens. The tension is brilliant, the episode is tightly shot, with moments of bemusing humour nicely judged and some fine acting. A classic.

Psych Season 4

Just finished the last episode of the season and my mind was blown. It is a follow on from last season's final episode and it was so good, I didn't think that they could top it but they did. It took a darker and more serious tone but still had the Psych feel to it.

True Love Episode 3
This one starred Billy Piper as a teacher who is in an unhappy relationship with a married man and starts a relationship with one of her students. It is much rawer and disturbing than the previous nights episode. The acting was very good and I found it to be very brave, there are credibility issues, but I really liked it.
