I've never heard of Art Attack before now. Even if I had, Hey Arnold still takes this one for me. I overheard someone reference the show the other day at work actually when a co-worker of mine referenced another co-worker as resembling Brainy.

I quite enjoyed Hey Arnold but I found Art Attack to be pretty hilarious. Still goin' with Hey Arnold.

Art Attack for me as well, it was a must watch show when I was a kid, the stuff that this guy could do was incredible especially the big display at the end of each episode. Not surprised it isn't winning though as it was mainly shown in UK and Australia. In saying that I liked Hey Arnold as well.
