NZ is slowly starting to come back to life and reopen! We won't be back up and running fully for a few more weeks, but I can't wait. We've been on single digit cases for a few weeks now, the other day we had 1 confirmed case and it was connected to an existing cluster of cases. There's no community transmission either.

From what I'm seeing in NY, we are not "officially" open yet but people are starting to say fuck it. I'm pretty sure the numbers are going to spike again.

Are we done takin' this mediocre health fiasco seriously since it was essentially just a different strain of flu? The numbers even though grossly inflated prove that through shitty hospitals who would just say a patient died from it just to do less paperwork. Any time I tried to point this out I would get called out for not be so precatious to the point that I was gonna die from it myself, yeah that's how that works.
