I've learned that water although it has very no nutrients is also used to flush nutrients out of the body. So I try to stay away from it as much as I can. Very little liquids.
On routine it's
- Green Tea
- Tomato juice
- Protein Shakes
- Amino acids (during workouts)
I'm not taking pre workouts right now 'cause I get to the gym around 7ish and don't feel like being up all night.
