Ever since CM Punk cashed in his Money In The Bank at the PPV Sunday, there has been a lot of talk as to whether he will turn heel at tonight's Smackdown taping. Steven Fernandes sent this report, which would seem to back up that Punk is turning heel.

"The current announced main event for the WWE Supershows in Salisbury, MD on July 24th and Wildwood, NJ on the 25th is John Cena and Rey Mysterio vs. Big Show and CM Punk, so it looks like they are going ahead with the CM Punk heel turn."

oh god yes, this is going to be awesome, a heel cm punk would be so sick...

XBA, Edge wasn't face against Vickie. He was heel. He just happened to be doing those tactics to a heel as well. What he did was in no way a face move. Besides, turning Edge face and Punk heel would be Blue and pointless. They should both be heels. Imagine them as a team? Anyway, I'm pumped for this. I doubt they'd book that match if they were keeping Punk face. Now I can't wait for SD.

Hopefully this is true. Now I know with how WWE is PG and all he can be nothing like he was in ROH and all the other videos i've seen on youtube with him as a heel but maybe he can be as close as WWE will allow to that. I'm a Punk fan and if he goes heel I'll stay a Punk fan as it probably make him that much awesome.

Well like I said he won't be nothing like we've seen when he was heel before in ROH and other indy shows and stuff because of the whole PG stuff and how WWE wants to be all kid friendly.

But if you wanna see how much of an awesome heel he is go to youtube and look up some of his heel promos.

But I'm not gonna be so high on this right now saying he will great as a heel or Heel Punk will own all because well for one we don't know if its gonna happen and 2 as I stated above it won't be like the heel Punk we want so no telling how good it would be.

YES!!! It looks like WWE is going to do the right thing! There was so much potential for Punk to be an amazing heel after what he did at Extreme Rules. The crowd was fucking pissed when he stole the title from Jeff Hardy, and I would love to see Punk go out there and brag about how he's the greatest champion ever even though he beat a completely destroyed Jeff Hardy. It would create massive heat, Smackdown! is looking even better now
