Wonder what Ace Steels new contract was cause I mean you rehired him after biting a dude (so dumb) and he technically did nothing wrong to warrant this firing...

fwiw Ace Steele got released, not fired. I have no facts but I am guessing that he just got paid to retire as his job there was literally to do creative for punk...and now punk is gone so his job title is kind of defunct.

Honestly, I get why the Bucks wanted to wait. Like it is still fresh in the minds and in some ways you need some time to pass to maybe reflect yourself, some hostile feelings to fade, or maybe for the other party to show that they do want to improve things too. The BTE skits I know, it was pretty fucking funny, but it was clearly sort of poking light at the fact that the Elite's contracts were up and they were due for a big pay-day. Like jeez.
