Destination X 2012 may be a good show if it's just the matches you're after, but that was the show I left knowing I was going to give up on TNA.

I was ride or die until that point, but when they had Austin for no reason end Roode's lengthy reign and wouldn't blow that off at BFG, I was out.

Took my vote away from it now...

Austin Aries winning with what is basically a neat spin on money in the Bank would have been great if it was on literally any other champion that didn’t have a nearly year long angle building for James Storm to take it back. And the fact Aries drops it to Jeff Hardy who also had no storyline with Aries when they had a BFG main event with like 5 weeks build showed they had no idea how to properly book what is supposed to their Mania.

That said, I think the fact right after all that horrible booking they removed 75% of their PPVs from 2013 was the true and final nail in the coffin that was my TNA fandom as I don’t want to watch them stretch 90 days without a proper supercard and Impact specials are dumb. If you’re gonna do Impact Destination X, do it on PPV and not on Destination America where I can’t even watch it if I wanted to and with commercials if I did.

I dont really disagree with any of Smark's complaints tbf, I love summer 2012 TNA a lot bc it was quality weekly TV but they kinda just got a lucky hot streak going and blew it anyway

Yeah, booking aside the weekly tv was still good while it was on Spike. I didn’t stan for TNA in 2013, but I did enjoy the Aces & 8s. It was really the last hurrah for me.

I saw only a couple shows of theirs in 2014 and that’s it.

Easily '93 for me, would LOVE to watch that Texas Death Match again. Only two I'm not really eager to rewatch would be 2000 or 92, eh actually both have some funny shit on them too so they might even be fun

Oh just revisited the cards and 92 was boring as shit, hard pass on that one. 91 had the chamber of torture or whatever that I thought 92 had at first and that shit would be hilarious to watch.

Have more love for the early Havocs. Went with 90 partly because its a guilty pleasure and partly because I love the Steiners-Nastys match. Am happy to check out 98 as I've not seen it before.
