An elementary school class picture is causing quite a stir after the photographer Photoshopped a cartoon smiley face over a boy's head.

David Claussen, owner of Broward County Pictures, took the photo of the second grade class at Sawgrass Elementary school, but was notified afterward that two of the students hadn't signed consent forms and needed to be removed.

Well, if they hadn't signed consent forms there's no problem with it but he should have blurred the face instead of putting a smiley over it.

I did find it pretty funny tho:

Hah, this is so funny, but yeah, should have been blurred. Definitely way creative than just blurring it though.

Perhaps the boy shouldn't have been allowed in the photo at all. I mean if it got to the point that it was printed like this I'd guess it's cause the parents didn't want him photographed.

Poor organisation by the school to include them in the photo when they hadn't signed consent forms. Surely the class teachers simply get the consent forms from the students and can easily check off who has and who hasn't handed one in.

Hilarious photoshop by the photographer. What else could they do with it since the kid was right in the front. Whatever the photographer did the other parents would have been annoyed, the school should pay for another class photo to be taken.
